Hacking Nature is a research project by Veronika Miškovičová that explores how biotechnology, architecture and design can work together to create processes and tools for biomass production and postproduction. Using custom photobioreactors, Veronika cultivates spirulina in a salty medium and uses light to produce biomass that has various health benefits.
My task was to create a visual identity that would help her to present the project at the expo in Chemnitz, Germany. I created a series of posters, a brochure as well as a game for children to learn about the different shapes that microalgae come in.
